FORE! Our TROOPS 2013 Pre Registration Form

On Friday, July 12th starting at 1:00 PM there will be a blast from a howitzer and the teams will hit the Tri Mountain Golf Course for another afternoon of golf, teaming up with friends, and raising money so the Columbia River Chapter can continue to support soldiers throughout Oregon and SW Washington.  Come and be part of this FUN event.

In the past, funds have been used to support the Veteran Home in The Dalles, the Oregon National Guard Military Ball, the Oregon Military Museum, and other events that support soldiers.  This tournament is the fundraiser that enables this Chapter to continue to give assistance.

Teams can be signed up by sending the team members’ names and e-mail contact information for each person to 2259 St. Moritz Loop, West Linn, OR 97068.  The cost is $100 per person. Early Bird Special for $125 per person will include 2 mulligans & 20 raffle tickets if purchased by May 31, 2012.

All players are automatically entered in the drawing for Bandon Dunes Package.

Schedule:

Noon – 1:00 PM  Registration/Practice Range/Putting Contest & Bag lunch Pick-up/purchase of mulligans

1:30 PM National Anthem followed by Scramble Blast Off

5:30 – 7:00 PM   19th Hole Wine Tasting

Dinner immediately following play with drawings, corporate sponsor recognition, and presentation of Golf Awards.
